POLICIES

I understand policies are not fun to anyone, but it has to be discussed. Lets implement respect and honesty to one another. 

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

• $50 booking fee for Blowouts, & services with no styling (haircuts, single process, toner)
• $100 booking fee is required for all haircuts, single process, glazes(toners)
• $200 booking fee is required for all custom color appointments.
• $300 booking fee is required for combined custom color and haircut services, color corrections or any extensive services.

Send booking fees via Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo.

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

48+ hours is needed for a FULL refund
24+ hours is needed for a PARTIAL refund
A cancellation of 24 hours or less, BOOKING FEE BECOMES NONREFUNDABLE

The booking fee will go towards your appointment total.
