POLICIES

I understand policies are not fun to anyone, but it has to be discussed. Lets implement respect and honesty to one another. 

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

• $50 deposit for Blowouts, & services with no styling (haircuts, single process, toner)
• $100 deposit is required for all haircuts, single process, glazes(toners)
• $200 deposit is required for all custom color appointments.
• $300 deposit is required for combined custom color and haircut services, color corrections or any extensive services.

Send deposits via Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo.

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

48+ hours is needed for a FULL refund
24+ hours is needed for a PARTIAL refund
A cancellation of 24 hours or less, DEPOSIT BECOMES NONREFUNDABLE

The deposit will go towards your appointment total.
